Enclosed is the 2008 Interim Report of the Bank in the language you have previously chosen to receive or corresponding to your name appearing on the Bank’s H-Share register. A copy prepared in the language different from that you have received is also available upon request. To request such copy, please complete Section I of the Request Form below and send it to the Bank’s H-Share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, using the aerogramme attached. The 2008 Interim Report is also available (in English and Chinese) for viewing on the website of the Bank at m.lzjqcd.cn and on the website of The Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited at www.hkexnews.hk.
The Bank publishes corporate communications on a regular or ad hoc basis and inform its H-Share holders in certain manners pursuant to the relevant rules and selection of the shareholders. The corporate communications include, but are not limited to, financial summaries (if available), financial reports (annual and interim), notices of meetings, listing documents and circulars.
If you wish to change your current manner of receipt of the Bank’s corporate communications, please complete Section II of the Request Form below and send it to the Bank’s H-Share registrar. You are entitled to change your choice of receipt of our corporate communications by giving reasonable notice to the Bank at any time.
